Charee L. Williams is a dedicated professional in human capital management with extensive experience in fundraising for global, national and local initiatives. 

Ms. Williams is currently employed with Randstad US, where she ensures client deliverables for strategic accounts throughout the country. In a previous role, her work has expanded into Europe and South America employing government advisors, highly skilled professionals and student interns. In one year, she increased the student applicants for GlaxoSmithKline by over 200 percent. 

Committed to making her communities better, Ms. Williams has raised funds for deserving programs in health, education, women empowerment and low-income families for over a decade. Her programs for engaging young professionals were recognized by United Way International as Best Practices in 2009. Ms. Williams has successfully worked with some of the leading national nonprofit organizations, Fortune 500 corporations and the White House to provide services in over 15 countries. 

Ms. Williams is a graduate from Florida State University’s College of Business with a degree in management. While in college, she was active on the campus chapter of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Incorporated. After graduation Ms. Williams relocated to Central Florida and assisted in creating a network for professional women dedicated to embracing cultures through leadership and community involvement. She has held many positions within the Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. organization and has been recognized for her achievement as an alumna by the national organization and FSU Office of Greek Life. Ms. Williams lives in Orlando with her family.
