Bruce W. McNeilage brings more than 25 years of financial and real estate investment experience to his role as managing member of Kinloch Partners, LLC and Kinloch Homes, LLC. In the past 12 years, he has invested in more than 250 properties and sold more than 50 properties throughout Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.
Mr. McNeilage specializes in increasing occupancy rates and lowering operating costs by renovating and managing apartment complexes and large portfolio single-family assets. His time-tested proprietary techniques help create immediate positive cash flow and long-term growth in value for his properties. He has consistently delivered 20 to 25 percent returns annually for his investors.
Mr. McNeilage graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in economics in 1988. He has since remained an ambassador for FSU by referring high school seniors to the university and has also been a member of the FSU Presidents Club since 1991. He is proud to be able to contribute back to the university by supporting FSU’s economic and business programs.
In 2002, Governor Jeb Bush appointed Mr. McNeilage to the Board of Directors of the Florida Prepaid College Plan. Active in Republican politics, he has served as finance chairman of the Broward Republican Executive Council and a national and statewide fundraiser for Republican candidates.
Mr. McNeilage is a resident of Brentwood, Tennessee, and Kennesaw, Georgia. He is married to Melanie McNeilage and is a father of three.
