Proud to call Northeast Florida her hometown, Ashley Folladori has always had a passion for the region. Folladori’s decade of experience at the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce has only served to make her a stronger advocate for the region’s outstanding quality of life. As vice president of public affairs, she works daily to share the story of how JAX Chamber members foster a business-friendly environment to encourage sustainable economic growth in Northeast Florida.

Folladori has also been a member of the Chamber’s economic development division JAXUSA Partnership in both workforce development and investor relations roles. Prior to her time in JAXUSA, she led several talent development initiatives, first as manager of the Chamber’s large and robust young professionals’ group ImpactJAX, and later as a senior manager for a wider variety of workforce development programs. She established a successful young professionals mentoring program, led teachers on externships in companies throughout the region, and worked on efforts to develop a formal higher education collaborative in the region.

Folladori has also served as director of membership and marketing for The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach. During her time at The Plantation, the club was recognized as a Distinguished Club, an award recognizing private clubs and their management for outstanding delivery of exceptional member experiences. Folladori was also awarded the Distinguished Achievement in Leadership designation, recognizing exceptional contributions in leadership to the member experience.

Folladori received her bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Florida State University. She is an active member of the Jacksonville community, serving as past president of the Jacksonville Seminole Club and a member of the 2019 Leadership St. Johns Class, and she was named to the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2023. Folladori enjoys spending her free time with her two sons, JD and Leo.
