Jeff Boykins is a partner in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. A certified public accountant with 24 years of experience in public accounting, he has spent the past 17 years serving as a dedicated transaction advisory services professional.
Over his career, Mr. Boykins has focused on providing financial due diligence services to both private equity and corporate clients across a broad spectrum of industries. He has worked on more than 350 transactions, coordinating and executing transaction services ranging from joint ventures, minority investments and standalone acquisitions to complex carve-outs of public entities in the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America. In addition to his professional responsibilities, he serves on EY’s Transactions Inclusiveness Steering Committee, where he assists in guiding the practice’s initiatives as it relates to diversity and inclusiveness.
Mr. Boykins has served on several nonprofit boards, including the African American Partnership for the United Way of Atlanta and Cool Girls Inc., an organization dedicated to the self-empowerment of at-risk girls in Atlanta. While on the board of Cool Girls, he has served as secretary, treasurer and chair.
Mr. Boykins earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from FSU. He is an annual donor to the FSU College of Business accounting department, a 24-year member of Seminole Boosters and a member of the FSU Alumni Association.
A native of Clearwater, Florida, Mr. Boykins is married to Tiffany Boykins, a ’93 graduate of FSU. They have four daughters: Kayla, Lauren, Julia and Olivia.
