Education B.S. ’07 Zach Heng is a visionary HR executive, nonprofit board director, entrepreneur, community advocate and speaker with nearly two decades of experience across the private, public and nonprofit sectors. He has led digital and cultural transformations at global firms including Vanguard, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte and Accenture, advancing inclusive talent strategies that elevate employee experience and drive organizational growth.Heng is the immediate past president of Ascend’s Greater Washington, D.C., Chapter and currently serves as interim head of partnerships for Ascend National, where he champions Asian representation and builds networks of support for professionals and executives across Fortune 1000 companies. He is also co-owner of the nationally recognized Yunnan By Potomac restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, and operates a photography and content strategy business that amplifies brand narratives through visual storytelling.Heng co-founded the Asian American Alumni Network at FSU and served on the FSU Alumni Association National Board of Directors.
