Education B.S. ’22 Jacey Hanley is a corporate attorney at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, sports law, securities offerings, and state and federal securities law compliance. Hanley routinely works with clients in a range of industries including professional and collegiate sports, entertainment, fashion, and manufacturing. Hanley earned her B.S. in in Political Science and a certificate in research intensive political science in 2022. Additionally, graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with her J.D. in 2025, where she focused on entertainment, arts and sports law. Hanley is a proud first-generation college graduate. While at Florida State, she served as a student member on the FSU Alumni Association's National Board of Directors, president of the Young Alumni Association, vice president of alumni relations for Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary and campus ambassador for the Coca-Cola Company.
