Kaitlyn Heintz

Kaitlyn Heintz, from Orlando, FL, is a proud first‑generation graduate of Florida State University, earning dual degrees in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Business Management in 2023, followed by her MBA in 2024. During her time at FSU, she served as a student member on the Alumni Association’s National Board of Directors, President of the Student Alumni Association, a member of Homecoming Council, and an active participant in several organizations within the Dedman College of Hospitality. Back in Orlando, Heintz now works in the luxury hospitality segment, focusing on luxury‑standards compliance within daily hotel operations.
