Nimna Gabadage

Nimna Gabadage leads strategic initiatives at NQB8, a venture studio and holding company that launches five companies a year. Gabadage runs special projects across the core business, its portfolio companies and related ventures. He was previously manager of partnerships and strategy at Gravity Research and before that worked at a Richmond-based public affairs firm.

Gabadage earned his B.S. in Finance in 2023. As an undergraduate, he served as student body president and university trustee. Additionally, he was elected chairman of the Florida Student Association, the role that gave him a seat on the Florida Board of Governors, where he represented nearly 500,000 students across the state's public higher education system.

Gabadage serves on the Florida State University Young Alumni Council and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations Young Professionals program, which accepts nominees under 30 who are not yet eligible for term membership. He previously served a term as a national youth advisor for the nonprofit Young Invincibles.
