Reid Manabat graduated from Florida State University in 2022 with a B.S. in Psychology. While at Florida State, Reid served on the IFC Executive Council as the VP of Development. He was also a member of the undergraduate mock trial team, where he was a team captain and recruitment chair. Reid is also a proud member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

In 2026, Reid received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. In law school, Reid focused his studies on securities regulation and corporate governance. He contributed to Insider Trading Regulation, Enforcement and Prevention (19th Ed.) as a research assistant to Professor Donald Langevoort and authored Artificial Insider: An Assessment of Artificial Intelligence Insider Trading Risk for Financial Firms. He also served as a Managing Editor on the American Criminal Law Review. Pending Bar admission, Reid will join Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP in its New York City office.
