Education B.S. ’18 Rifi Jeanniton is a Fleet Sales Analyst with Southeast Toyota Distributors, part of JM Family Enterprises, where he oversees complex vehicle ordering systems and fleet operations from production through delivery supporting dealerships, Toyota and fleet accounts nationwide. His work turns comprehensive reporting into the strategic decisions that keep operations running. A career that has moved through telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and office space before JM Family reflects a steady pull toward data, analytics and servant leadership. Jeanniton holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Big Data Analytics from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and is now pursuing two more FAU graduate degrees — a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a professional Master of Science in Computer Science — sharpening his expertise at the intersection of business and technology. That drive extends into the community. Jeanniton chairs NextGen, the young professionals group of HANDY Inc., where he helps lead fundraising, growth, youth engagement and community collaboration across Fort Lauderdale. He mentors through the Big Brothers Big Sisters School to Work program at JM Family and volunteers with organizations including Habitat for Humanity and ChildNet. His Seminole roots run deep. At Florida State, Jeanniton danced in Dance Marathon, competed in intramural sports and rarely missed a home game across a range of sports — experiences that shaped a lasting connection to the university. A believer that "health is wealth," he stays active through fitness, running and pickleball, and counts becoming godfather to his nephew among his proudest recent moments. As chair of the network's New Ideas Committee, Jeanniton develops and advances new programs for young alumni, helping fellow Seminoles stay meaningfully connected to the university and the broader FSU family.
