Sadie Molinet

Sadie Molinet serves as Vice President of External Affairs for ITG, where she leads government affairs, community impact initiatives, and national event and tradeshow engagement. Partnering with Marketing & Communications, Sadie helps bring to life ITG’s meaningful impact in building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that connects our communities and creates opportunities that drive economic growth. A strategic and collaborative leader, she is recognized for cultivating meaningful relationships, creating solutions, and driving business growth while delivering exceptional experiences for clients and partners.

Throughout her career, Sadie has held leadership roles across the telecommunications and technology industries spanning Learning & Development, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales. She began her career with Bright House Networks before transitioning to Charter Communications and later joining Summit Broadband. Her diverse experience has shaped her ability to connect people, strategy, and business outcomes in a rapidly evolving industry.

Passionate about leadership development and fostering a growth mindset, Sadie is committed to investing in talent and creating opportunities that connect professionals across the technology community. She currently serves as President of The WICT Network: Florida Chapter, President of SCTE Central Florida, and Treasurer for NAMIC Florida. Through these roles, she develops engaging professional development experiences that inspire growth and provide actionable insights for members and the broader industry.

Sadie is a proud graduate of Florida State University and holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 14 representing the West Central Region, a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2020 and the ATHENA NextGen program, and serves as President of the FSU Young Alumni Network. Sadie is also passionate about supporting the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society through advocacy and fundraising efforts. Outside of work and community involvement, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, reading, traveling, and exploring new places.
