Terrence Williams Jr. is director of contracts at GE Aerospace, where he leads a team supporting an $800 million portfolio that includes airborne command centers and naval programs. Over the past decade, he has negotiated and executed government and commercial contracts valued in the billions, including work on the F-35 program, the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, and a $3.5 billion U.S. Army training initiative.

Williams previously held leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and began his career in public service with the State of Florida, focusing on contract management and regulatory compliance. A first-generation college graduate and alumnus of Florida State University’s CARE program, he earned a bachelor’s degree in social science and a master’s in public administration from the Askew School. He is also a former Florida Gubernatorial Fellow and a frequent mentor and motivational speaker.
